  Tikal, Guatemala

Tikal, Guatemala

I believe this may represent one of the pair of Mayan temples at Tikal, Guatemala. Identifiable features include the incredibly steep stair, small doorway and stepped blocks of carving at the top. As usual, there is a degree of artistic license. Thanks to Alano for the input.

Bought in Hong Kong, it's a French chateau style bank. Scott informs me that its existence as a real building is doubtful. It's a huge clunker.
